About examination

• For the recruitment of the posts of Assistant Room Officer, Sales Tax Inspector and Deputy Inspector of Police, the Commission is currently conducting independent advertisement, separate application and independent pre-examination. Examination plans, syllabus, question marks, marks, time are the same for all three exams. However, due to independent pre-examinations, candidates have to spend time and money separately and again and again on applying for each exam, paying exam fee, pre / study, travel, accommodation, arrangements, leave taking. Combine Group B Preliminary Examination

• The format of the pre-examination is the same for all the three posts - PSI, STI and Assistant.
• Must have knowledge of Graduate, Marathi for the posts of Police Sub Inspector (PSI) / Assistant Section Officer (ASO) / Sales Tax Inspector (STI)
• Exam Format:
  • Pre-Examination - 100 Marks
  • Main Examination - 200 Marks
  • Interview - 50 Marks
  • A physical test of 100 marks is taken for the PSI.
